How long does the setup and delivery take after I order?

We provision dedicated servers quickly. Our average provisioning time is just 2-6 hours for custom server builds. Once a server is fully-provisioned, your server details and root (Linux) or admin (Windows) credentials will be provided through our secure Client Portal.

Are the Dedicated Servers Managed or Unmanaged?

All of our servers are provided as unmanaged dedicated servers. If a managed dedicated server would better meet your requirements, we do offer full management for your server. Speak with a Solutions Expert or open a ticket with our Sales department to receive more information on managed dedicated server options.

Will I have Root Access to the Dedicated Server?

Yes, you will have full root access to your server. Root credentials will be delivered to you as soon as your server has provisioned. All of the necessary server credentials will be provided during provisioning, so you can begin using your server immediately.

How many IPs are included with the server?

Unless stated otherwise, all servers include 4 IPs (1 gateway IP, 1 broadcast IP, 1 private network IP, and 1 public IP address). Upgrade your server’s networking assignment by choosing a /29 (8 IPs) or /28 (16 IPs) subnet on the order form to meet your requirements. IP subnets greater than /28 can be provided, but will require IP justification and may cause delayed delivery of your server.

Can I customize my server package?

You can always customize your dedicated server plan. Many customizations can be modified directly on our standard order form to meet specific requirements. Because every infrastructure need is unique, we are happy to assist and provide free consultation and custom server quotations for your project.
